The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped. Payment will be debited and deared from your account, on dispatch of the goods. We secure all information with iThemes Security 

You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. We cannot guarantee that all available products at our webshop is in stock, when your order is processed. In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, you will be informed by email.

All prices on the webshop are shown in DKK. All prices include danish VAT of 25% on orders to Europe. Prices do not include delivery charge. Our shipping price is 45 DKK for danish customers and 200 DKK for customers outside Denmark.

Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. We will do our best to dispatch your order, but delays will occur. We take the liberty of sold out goods and delayed delivery time from our suppliers and cannot be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs. When you have completed the order, you will receive an order confirmation, with all relevant information about your purchase. Please keep the order confirmation, as it is your proof of the order. Once your goods leave our warehouse to be delivered, your payment will be drawn on the selected payment service. When you have finished your order and the receipt appears on your screen, you are still able to cancel your order. You will need to call our customer service immediately within an hour. Otherwise you will need to return the garments once it is delivered. 

As a customer you have the right to return items with manufacturing defect. The defect items must be due to material or manufacturing defects.

With claims on your product, we will pay the shipping. Please email us with further informations about your claim, before sending it back. According to the Buyer Act (Købeloven), you have the right to claim the product 2 years after receiving the product.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the item to us. The return has to be paid by the buyer. If you want to return your unwanted items, you have to visit a GLS- parcelshop with your package and buy a returnlabel. We accept the returned items within 14 days. You may try on the clothes, but the items should be returned in the same condition as when received: unwashed, not used and with the original tag attached. If the items are not received in this condition, we will refuse your return and send it back to you. It is not possible to exchange your order to another product, but you can change it to a different size. When we receive your return, the money will be back at the card you used within 5-7 days.
