Despite its rustic exterior with heavy leather, a wide, slightly angular toe and chunky heel in leather veneer, the comfort is top notch. The boot has an added inner forefoot sole that provides extra comfort and makes the boot comfortable and well-fitting. Added to this is the admirable shoe craftsmanship with a traditional Goodyear sole construction and leather soles that have a fused rubber sole for added protection.
